Terms and Conditions
This document governs the use of the JXBS platform. It is intentionally written in plain language. If you need the legally binding version in formal format, email felipe@jxbs.ai.
1. Acceptance
By using jxbs.ai, app.jxbs.ai or any jxbs.ai subdomain you accept these terms. If you don't accept, don't use the platform.
2. What JXBS is
JXBS is an employability ecosystem that connects universities, students and companies through data and AI. Operated by JXBS SAS, domiciled in Cuenca, Ecuador.
3. User accounts
To use certain features you need to create an account with a real email. You are responsible for the activity in your account. Don't share your password. If you detect unauthorized use, email carlos@jxbs.ai.
4. Content you upload
All content you upload (CV, case answers, recorded interviews, portfolio) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process and display it to relevant ecosystem companies, always in line with your configurable privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) upload false content or impersonate anyone, (b) use JXBS for spam or massive data scraping, (c) attempt to breach the platform's security, (d) use the AI to generate offensive or discriminatory content.
6. Institutional subscriptions
Universities and companies contract per period (annual by default). Cancellation does not generate a proportional refund unless agreed in writing. Renewal is automatic with 30 days of prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
JXBS does not guarantee hiring or employment. We provide tools, not results. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by ecosystem companies.
8. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes are notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after notice equals acceptance.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Ecuadorian legislation. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cuenca, Ecuador, except by voluntary arbitration.
